Default Temp. Question

Hey everyone,
Just got a new 9800gtx+. Is 64c a good temp when the card is folding (so, under load)? Ambient outside the case is about 23c, processor is at 40-ish c... just wondering. I'm new to the OC community, so I don't really know what a "normal" load temp is. Same thing goes for my processor temps. Anyone want to give a guy some help?
