yeah, i understand. thanks, i'm still learning xD

After applying AS5, temp dropped a couple of degrees but wasn't enough for me. Thanks to "nafljhy", he sold me a set of duorb and I got it installed today. and here is the comparison

I hope this can ease the decisions of others out there when they're debating to get an aftermarket VGA cooler or not. xD

After testing out the loaded temp with the duorb, idle temp is now 40*C instead of 38*C, but just dropped to 39*C after this edit

Edited: to answer T3h_Ch33z_Muncha's concern, the ambient temp is around 21*C, around 70*F?

I don't have SS of my loaded from back then, but it was around 80*C
Actually your test was inaccurate. In order for it to be an actual decent performance test, your stock HSF should have been running at 100%. Your tests just show that the DuOrb running at 100% stock outperforms the stock running at 30%.......

ohhh, now that you brought it up, i think you're actually correct! well. too late, i'm not gonna go through all the trouble and install my stock hsf again and do the test. lol. overall, it's a huge drop and i'm satisfied. thanks for pointing that out btw
