Thanks mate. Glad you brought it up, or I would probably still be oblivious of the issue. +rep

Even the norwegian price translates to around $75, and Norway is a very expensive country.

Oh. Didnt see that it was a shop down under
![]() Btw, be really careful if you are planning on gluing the stock vrm sink onto the card. In retrospect I see how risky it actually was, in more than one way (lose contact with one or more vrm, get adhesive on one of the other tiny components and so on, while not being able to do anything about it afterwards). I was so set on doing it that specific way that I just did it without reflecting too much over it. If I were you I would use screws (but maybe not the old backplate) and a ceramique of some kind instead.

sheesh... seems to be a lot of work, I dont know why but my evga gtx280 NEVER sees over 65c and that after playing something like warhead for like 20 hours. Anything else doesn't get over 59c... I also idle around 38-39c. So I don't really see any reason to get it, especially if it requires extra sinks for ram. and not to mention the VRM's reaching 100c+ after installing it. And as of right now, all of my VRM's are 30c and below. So I think I'm going to pass on this. That's just my 2 cents. Maybe after AC gets their heads in the game and fix the obvious flaws with this product. Chris Ihao I appreciate your review on this, and frankly I kinda feel bad that you spent as much money on it as you did. 60+ bucks is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work as it should.
