Default Cooling a EVGA GTX 295

Anyone have any ideas or experience on cooling one of these bad boys? I'm not really hurting, 65-70C folding, and my card is OC 680/1380/1100mhz. But I was wondering if anyone has come up with any creative air cooling ideas or mods they have done to the 295 to get it cooler on air?

Thanks

Remove the shroud like is done on GX2s and point a 120mm fan at it

Well I was gonna say get a backplate, but then I saw your sig .

I'm not sure about any aftermarket HSF's for air, just water.

Maybe you could get an antec spot cool and position it to get more airflow on your card.

Other than that I don't have any idea .

All these ideas are very good. I have been thinking about a spot cool and yes I already got the backplate for this card. I guess I will look into removing the shroud and see what that does for my temps.

As far as fans I have a 120mm and 80mm tornado blowing on it but removing the shroud would probably give better airflow into the sandwich.

Thanks all

Different card and what not, but I had a pretty risky temperature increase when I SLI'd my 7600's. I just simply added a HSF fan from another computer not in use and put it so that it sits between front of case fans and the video card. I felt like maybe the airflow need another push halfway to the card. Temperature of cards actually dropped by like 10 degrees. No effect on my CPU, but it's only a Sempron LE, so it's not worth noting it. Just an idea.

Let us know how removing the shroud worked out! I'm curious.
