Hello, I just have a few questions if anyone else out there has some more experience with this setup.
First off, which card do you find runs warmest? I'm afraid I have one card that isn't cooling properly. I had it in the lowest slot, and it was on average 10 degrees warmer under load, except when all the GPU fans were set very high (90% and up). I moved it into the middle, and it idles at, or lower than the other cards, and at load on high fans again, it remains at an even temp with the other cards. However, at 80% fan speed, it was nearly 20 degrees warmer than the other cards, which means it was around 80 degrees. I've re applied all the heatsinks on the three cards, with AS5, and I've completely redone the same card 3 times now, but it seems like it is always too warm. Which brings me to my next question, liquid cooling. Should I look at getting the card replaced first, or would it be the coolers fault, and the problem would go away after the new heatsinks? Is a liquid cooled card still dual-slot? I don't really want to buy a whole new mobo (Classified), just for another PCI-e slot. I was hoping it would free up a slot if I liquid cool. I imagine the bracket doesn't get changed, but I still have some spare single slot 8800GT brackets that may fit(?). Sorry for the long post, but thanks for any help!

Just Fold It.

Pics will help greatly.
But from what I read, the bottom card is always gonna run hotter than the rest, since it resides on the bottom with no circulation. Plus having three GTX 285s is a friggin furnace anyways......

Yeah, I figured the bottom one would run warmer, being closer to the PSU, but in my Cosmos S, it actually has quite good airflow around it. I wil post some pics when I get home.
Has anyone liquid cooled a setup like this?

So the bottom card always gets hotter no matter what? the card is not specific? so in other words, whatever card is at the bottom is always hotter?
If this is the case then i would say that liquid cooling would probably be the answer (need a beast setup if your cooling CPU too)

No, I took the card that was on the bottom, where it was hottest, and moved it to the middle slot. It is still the hot one.
And I agree, I don't think I could water cool all 3 cards and the CPU. I'd probably only cool the cards, my TRUE is doing a pretty good job by itself.
