Nevermind.... My card runs at 62celcius without OCing and w/ fan it runs at way lower than 60 celcius w/ my custom OC when not taking a load besides Windows Aero...

I have a 7200 GS that lives at 85-90°C with no problems.
You will see no improvement by OC'ing this card. RUGRLN, he is saying his new setup cooled the GPU down by 8°C, not to 8°C.

lol thanx... But I do see some improvement when ocing significantly for this card... It runs Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare quite well! Only when Ocing that is of course..

Well, glad you saw some. I noticed no difference when I was playing around with mine (it was in my kids PC for a while, now in use in the garage PC).

i only see is this from my oc 3dmark05 +12
games from 2007/8- none or 1fps to 3fps old games <2006 5fps to 15fps 800x600 low/med

i had a EVGA factory Over clocked 7200GS =7300SE it also had a heat sink no FAN
it ran at 67c at idle and some 80-95 at load. then i fixed a 80mm fan on the heat sink and temps drop abt 10c Here- ![]() here is the overclock ![]() herre ar the temps at idle ![]() here is the card ![]() here is the FAN (past it with some gum i used multybond) its available in srilanka any glu can doo)
