What are some good GPU coolers for a 9800gtx+ and maybe a few sites to look at?

It's hard to beat the Accelero S1 Rev. 2 for best bang for the buck. Not only can you run this perform very well passively, but you can choose to attach whatever fan you would like to it for further cooling performance. All the following links are around $25 before shipping:
