Default Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 question

Hi, does anyone know if the Arctic Cooling Accelero S2 will fit an 8800gts 640mb card? Heres a link to the cooler: link. The specs don't have the 8800gts listed but I've heard of people using it on that card.

Edit: my card is the older g80 card.

I believe no for XFX, or maybe that's EVGA?

Even if it does void the warrenty most people just slap the stock cooler back on with some MX-2 (Looks just like their stuff).
