put a big fan on the side of the case pointing directly at the cards to supply it with cold air
or get a very good case with A LOT of cooling like the CM haf 932

if you have XFX cards. they just run hot. i talked to a support guy because my 9800 gt was running about 62c and he said "Those temperatures are normal. We expect the cards to idle between 55-65C (Win XP desktop/Surfing the web) and 75-88C under load ( Vista desktop/3D gaming). So dont worry too much just turn up your fans and you should be fine.
