What should I do to coole a 7900 GTO?
__________________Is it needed to coole the card if I want to O/C it? I see people ocing it to 675/1.32Ghz (Ghz?.. shouldn't that be Mhz? anyways).. I only reach 650/750. What do I do wrong? What should I do to get the max out of this card?

The Core clock (the 675 or 650 you got) was right, but the memory, you have to 2x. Hence "Double Data Rate" (DDR). So, 750x2 is 1500mhz AKA 1.5 ghz

Download GPU-Z and when you run it you can see your idle temps. However, when you game you will have to let GPU-Z keep a log file and then read that to see your temps.
Another way is to download and run EVGA Precision, and use the On-Screen display. You can also use Precision to overclock your GPU.

It all sort of depends on your case air flow, room temperature and stuff. In my rig I get idle of about 40-43c, and load temps get to about 60-72c depending on what game I play. Generally GPUs can take a lot higher temps than CPU. Most people will say to stay under 90c, and you should be fine. I'm not familiar with the 7900's though either.

As long as you stay under 90c you should be fine, but the cooler the better TBH.
