Yup, so it's been a hot minute since I picked up an aftermarket GPU cooler as the stock typically does as well as I need it to. I was just wondering what you fellas' suggestions for a replacement might be.
I was considering the Scythe Musashi. I like Scythe's 100mm fan from previous experience, but wanted to make sure the heatsink wasn't a total lemon.

I have not heard anything stellar about the Scythe. I still say the Duorb is the best vga cooler for any card 4850 or lower. I know for a fact that it can keep a 8800GT very very cool. Hell, my OC'd 4850 only hits 50C every once and a while, and idles at 36C. That is tremendous for a cooler of it's size. The Duorb is one of about 3 products that thermaltake did right, lol.

I'm looking for one myself and the Musashi is a great cooler. The only thing I don't like about it is that it is a 3 slot cooler..
Edit: Anyone with a DuOrb vs Musashi review?

I would say either the Musashi or a T-Rad, both are great choices tbh.

Legion Hardware seems to have it performing as well as a DuOrb on high while at its lowest fan speed.
http://www.legionhardware.com/document.php?id=801&p=2 I'm a bit concerned about it fitting in my Sugo 3

And since you do have a SFF case, you may want to do the Duorb. I think the scythe is going to be longer than your card itself, while the TT is shorter than the card itself. But I may look into the scythe for my 9800GTX+ looks like it cools pretty well, and it looks incredible
