Haha, I found some ancient AMD cpu cooler, unfortunely I wasn't able to attach the heatsink since it was too huge and was blocket by my CPU cooler, but I dismantled it and taped its fan on back of my first card, and now the temp is not going above 80 celsius on load

Yeah the problem is that I don't have so many fans =/

I guess that I'll have to see if I can find more fans, or dismantle one of my old PSUs and get a fan from there. I, however don't know how much my poor 550W can take. I'm already running 4 case fans, 2 video cards, overclocked cpu, 2 dvd burners and 2 harddrives on it <.<

You would probably need a new PSU maybe. Did you try reseating your cards?

I think you need to reseat your heatsinks or get custom coolers.

Well, I'm not sure it's heatsinks issue. As I said before, card #2 is always low temps, <50 idle. If I put that card in slot #1 it will go over 70 idle and 100 load. If I put the first, very hot card in #2, it will go down to 50 celsius idle. So I most likely need to install some more fans for the first card since second is blocking its fan and generating heat. Or there's something more sinister happening here.
