You might have to hack up that unisink to make it work. Since there are a few different 55nm gtx 260 pcbs, it's hard to know exactly what you have, but it differs a great deal from a 65nm pcb.

Here is the underside of the unisink.



and here is a comparison of a 55nm and 65nm. Your 55nm may differ from this one since there are more than one.

Depending on the pcb, you might be better off getting the swiftech 285 heatsink. The memory section would be almost identical to your card, the difference would be in the vrm section.

I just swapped out my 285's cooler for the Evga hydro copper and now my GPU temps stay below 45 while gaming or folding and the annoying fan is gone

take off the cover and put two 92mm fans on the card in push/pull configuration.
I run 35 idle, 50C COD4 load (56C OCCT) and it only cost me $4 and some zip-ties. Also, I'm overvolted and 65nm, so stock voltage would run alot cooler
