Does anyone know if the 285 and the 280 have the same cooler on them? I just bought some Heatkillers for my GTX260's but I was thinking of going to 285's (since they dont make 280's anymore) but I wont be doing it if I have to upgrade my GPU Blocks too.

Yes & No.
The coolers are very similar, but the GTX285 has a different PCB layout than the GTX 280

Yea the way the ram and the captors are laid out on either cards diffires a good amout. Im sure if your talking about water blocks anything that will mount on the 260 SHOULD mount on the 285 and 280. You should check first of corse

The GTX 285 is overpriced, especially when you can get 280s on Newegg for $250.

Best I can come up with are a couple videos about mounting watercooling to a 260/280 and a 285.
__________________The 285 seems to have a very different layout, I would doubt that a 260/280 cooler would be compatible unless there's alot of extra surface area on it.
