Default GTX 285 SLi + Accelero gtx 280 build up heat

I know this is a silly question, but

do accelero gtx 280 fans blow air toward the card, or pull air away from it?

coz I got this setting:

and I'm thinking to put this:
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=1177

at PCI slot between two cards, but this cooler will blow air toward the first card.

If the fan pull air away then my second card is screwed (those two fans at the bottom are blowing air toward the second card)

not sure about that, im pretty sure the fans blow air into the card though
either wya, that PCI fan is strictly for aesthetics only as its quite useless as a fan.

The cooler on the first card (top) is pulling air towards the card (top) and through the heatsink (like its supposed to).

Only thing is, the air that is cooling the top card is probably already hot since there is another card right below the top card.

You could fabricate some sort of duct to draw in fresh air from outside the case (mod the side panel perhaps?) and that would help the top card remain cooler.

The bottom card is probably ok since the cooler is pulling air from the bottom of the case.

*Edit - Also, I highly doubt that PCI fan add-on actually moves a decent amount of air - its extremely thin (low pressure and airflow)
