just had a super low ambient, with a fan blowing right onto the intake of the card, and another blowing out from the exhaust side

just idle...
and at stock, my board has been wonky lately and hasnt been letting me save an OC

edit:
those voltages are obviously wrong lol...
but it is at 1.36v, so my mobo is saving my voltage, just not my fsb ://
