Default Gts 250 temps

I was benchmarking my MSI N250 GTS with Resident Evil 5. I had overclocked it from the stock 738/1836/1998 to 820/2020/1120. I had accidentally set my gpu fan speed to 35 instead of auto and when i ended the benchmark i saw that my temp had gone up to 69C. Will this have damaged my gpu?

69c is hardly not bad, Nvidia cards are made to handle heat, you got a good video card, it has copper heatsinks.. Damn dude you have nothing to worry about lol. as long it doesn't go 80c so far i know of. I googled your video card and i see ventilation on it, you're fine.

69C may be "safe" but it's always best to keep you're temps as low as possible to prolong the life of the card...try to aim at getting the card to stay in the low 60's to high 50's....i keep my voltmodded 4850 with a heavy overclock well under 50C between the core/memory/shader at 100% load...

Video cards can handle up to 105c before damage! My cards are idling at 73c and 70c. Crazy hot right?

Mine's a EVGA. I only get like 36c or 34c at idle and at gaming it stays like 45c or something like that, rarely gets hot anyhow.
