Default what is a safe overclock for my 5600xt?

ok i want to overclock to the last bit on my 5600xt. The stock speeds are 234/399. (core/memory), i got stock cooling on it ( a small little fan) here i got the 128mb version of this http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...128-173&depa=0

yup oc that baby! youll be fine untill you see artifacts, if or when you do, lower it in incraments of 5

Just find the max clock setting with no artifacts. Throw on some as5 and maybe a pci fan for better results.

WTH!!! i just tested 3d mark 01 and got frikin 2271 points, wth is wrong here, i usually got like 8k least. something is wrong here!
