Welcome to the forums!
For nvidia overclocking, I only trust coolbits, its a registry addition that opens up clock frequency selection in your video settings window. It will autodetect a safe overclock, and depending on voltage and cooling, it does a nice job (cause you can always pick it up from there)
Give me some more good info on your system, try taking a screenshot with CPU-Z, it gives all the great info on RAM and CPU.
I'm interested in your Vcore (cpu voltage), Vddr or Vdimm (ram voltage), Vtt or Vlink (chipset/motherboard voltage), and your current temperatures on the CPU, idle temp and load temp.
