Enabling core temp display - 6600GT - IT WORKED! - Overclock.net

A few days ago I posted a new thread about getting core temp to display in my Chaintech 6600GT. I found a bios hack at MVKTech and tried it - with success. Core temp display is now enabled and I can display from my forceware package. The hack was quick, easy, and painless.

Hope this helps someone else out. BTW, I'm running 71.24 drivers and 27.01 bios.

I'll try enabling it with this... PNY Geforce 6600 GT AGP. BRB 20 minutes.

Go ahead, dude. I thought about it, but then thought I would mainly just be referencing the original post. Maybe you can add your observations and make it better!
