Default OverClocking 7950GT 512MB!!
Hi guys,
I kinda need an "OverClocking for Dummies" for my 7950GT 512MB! It has VF700 al cu Zalman fan and currently is running on default setting! this is my new system and I'm really excited about it. can't wait till I OC my GPU!

Download ATiTool:
http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/

ATiTool will recognize the stock speeds, from there, move the sliders very lightly and check for errors along the way. Until you hit artifacts, turn down the clocks slightly and there you have it, you're overclocked.

tnx dude!
I was checking ur (future!)system! seems u wanna get 3 more GB of RAM. it's gonna make it total of 4 GB which is what I have right now. but there's a catch! if u're running a windows XP 32bit or Vista 32bit, the highest RAM ur system will recognize is 3.25GB! (which is exactly mine!) unless u run a Vista 64bit which will recognize all of it!

Default Damn Vista!!!!!
I'm trying to run Ati Overclocking tool, but this damn Vista won't let it access the kernel!!!!!!!!! it can not connect to my hardware!
any thoughts!?
