Default overclocking CPU,RAM,and videocard

Hey guys,
I'm fairly new to all this over clocking ****, but i definatly wanna learn how overclock my CPU, RAM, and Video card. First i need to know what stuff to buy to cool that stuff. What cooling products should i buy for my CPU and videocard. I think the ram should be fine. I have an AMD64 3500 winchester, corsair 1gb 3200xlpro, and evga 6800gt. If i could get some advice on how to overclock this stuff it would be awesome. I've been wasting so much time trying to figure it out myself. Help me out!!

Right, called Coolbits. It has to be unlocked through the registry, like Greg says.
