My guess is that's not his rig.. Lies. Put up a CPU-Z with some Ati-Tool and some other info

check it all the time and is definitily,enabled, cpu score 4130, sm2.0 score 2100, hdr/sm3.0 score 2050, what do i do?

Your CPU score is right..

Your graphics cards are very wrong..

Make sure you have the latest driver from nvidia (v158.18), completely uninstall the drivers you have now for them, and install those. Even if you have them already I would recommended reinstalling. Maybe something messed up.

Please download CPU-Z http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and post a screenshot of the first tab.

Also check the screenshot... If all else fails, I would recommend a complete reformat of Vista.. And if that fails, RMA your cards.
