Can't access 3D Setting page

One of my friends just got his new rig built and installed the latest 8800 Drivers for XP. Now, in his control panel, there is no place to change the 3D setting, such as Anti-Aliasing, texture filtering, etc. The 3D setting group in the menu just isn't there. Anybody know what is wrong?
