well dunno about the bugs but ntune has options for you to set,regarding what actions you want to take in response to a specific event.
abd one of them is loading an overclocked profile when you startup windows.
other overclocking tools use the same thing,u gotta specify a profile to be loaded at the startup.
under the custom rules settings in ntune you can see these settings.
