Permanent Fan Speed on RivaTuner - Overclock.net

I'm having some problem with RivaTuner...
I don't mind having 100% Fan Speed everytime, cause when I play game, watch movie or anything.. I'll wear my earphones...

I always try to set it 100% ,sometimes it do stays at 100% but only when I'm not gaming.. whenever I get into the game it goes down by itself....

I tried the Fan Profiles, the guides, everything! Nothing seem to work...
Hope somebody could help me with this...

If you click the fan tab next to the overclock one, and set the performance 3d to 100% then it should stay at 100% during game. make sure to check the box load these settings at startup and apply.

What os are you running? Have you tried to move all the sliders up? Edit: are you using the latest rivatuner, 2.06.

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit

this is a screenshot i've taken...
see the fan speed going up and down... and the driver fan control setting is 100%.. only for few seconds....

BTW.. the Element Client is the game I was talking about

Are you using the top or bottom Customize tab?
If I recall correctly they both have a fan control section, one of which works.

tried the upper one..tried the lower one...
tried both.. still can't...

and yea..the bottom one works...

but for few seconds
