HHMMMM.......I dunno I didn't get either one of those screens when I installed Rivatuner. I've never even seen that database builder.....then again I guess it could've just flashed really quick.....
I would say the best course of action would be to uninstall both the program and drivers, then delete everything that has NVidia on your HDD and registry, then try again.

ok well uninstalling and install doesn't help at all. However I found away for people that have the same trouble.
Download ATI TOOL Beta 4 Download PowerStrip Make sure when your installing ATI TOOL, you click on "Install" Driver. After this, ATI TOOL will show 2d / 3d low power clocks but not 3d perf (if it does than dont read this next part). Overclock your card in ATI by settings the right amount of CORE SPEED for both 2d/ 3d Low power. Now if everything went well ATI Tool should show on the top right the current core speed has of what you applied. Save the profile and make sure it starts up with windows Download Powerstrip and install it. Once done, you should get a window named "quick setup". Inside this Quick setup window, look at clocks and make sure it shows your current overclocked core speed. IF It doesn't show it, click on rescan |||| http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/7138/16771585xn7.jpg. On your taskbar, right click on powerstrip -> Performance profiles -> Configure. Move the second divider to increase the memory clock speed. Click apply and that's it. Done, Save your profile ![]() Question: why don't you use ATI TOOL to overclock the memory. Answer: Ati Tool wont clock the memory for me because I try to put the number in and it goes back to stock speeds. That's why you have to use powerstrip to clock the memory. Well I have to anyway I hope this helps

Grab Riva again; right click the install file > at the bottom right, click "unblock". Then, right click > run as admin, with UAC turned off. Don't reboot; do VERY LITTLE clocking and select to have riva start up via registry, not start folder. Then, have Riva apply tuning changes with startup, both 2D and 3D (when you set it up, select to differentiate). That should work.... did it for me.
