You need to go in bios and set auto or enable to disable for integrated vga card.

I took the integrated card out. How do I get into BIOS?

Edit: Do you have teamviewer? I'm a bit computer-retarded, I think I'm messing up somewhere without realizing.

You can`t take integrated card out. This integrated card is in your main board.
When you try to install drivers and use new card you can`t do it because your OS want to use integrated intel vga card. It`s same on any computer with card on main board.
I used to have computer with integrated vga.My main board used to have jumper and option in bios to switch on board vga off.Your main board don`t have jumper so you can switch it off in bios or control panel in windows.
Do this.....
Take power cable out from computer.Place your new card in pci 16X slot.Connect monitor to new card.
Start computer and press delete to go in bios. Then in bios find option for integrated chipsets.Find on board vga and set it to disable.Save and exit.
Now when computer is restarted you will have only new card on system. If you installed drivers it is possible that card will work on first start and you will be able to set nice resolution.
Anyway reinstall nvidia drivers and restart computer.
This will work 100%.....if you take look on your first post integrated card using 256mb of ram.It using memory because it is enabled. This is why you can`t use second card.

Delete doesn't do anything... What other buttons can I press to go into BIOS?

I don't know why or how, but my computer now says it's a HP Pavilion and the first boot image is HP instead of Compaq. I am never buying a stock computer again.

Go to control panel--->system---->device manager--->display adapters
Find integrated intel vga card and use second mice button to set disable.
Now restart computer and go back in to device manager to see if is disabled.
It is possible that this will work.

To go in bios you need to press delete when you start computer.Do this ...
Start it with one hand and with other press delete fast. When you get in to bios don`t change nothing than on board vga to disable.

First try with control panel.Anyway you need to disable on board vga because she use 256MB of ram and make your system slow and make conflicts with your new card.

The thing is, it's not an integrated Intel card, it's an ATI Radeon XPress X200. It isn't really "integrated" with the mobo, it's "integrated" with the computer (I think).

Either way, I disabled "Video Controller (VGA compatible)". Is that right?

You can see warning on nvidia device icon. This is because you have conflict with nvidia card and vga card.Icon on vga card says that it is disabled.
You need to go in main board bios and disable intel vga card.
If you can`t go to bios ask somebody who have experiance to set on board vga to disable and everything will work fine.Ask anybody who used computer for long time to do this.

Edit:
Do you have on back side of main board blue vga port.Take look at this(link) mainboard. If you have it then you have integrated card.I see that you have it in your control panel.

BIOS features * Keyboard combination to used to enter BIOS: F10

Could I use that to disable the integrated card?

Also, there's a blue thing that I hook my monitor up to, is that what you mean?
