Not trying to be negative.. In the sense that someone else who does not know how to decypher bad English will not be able to help or help themselves by reading stuff that hardly makes sense... I thought he was referring to EVGA Precision drivers, not previous drivers. Thats just me though..

GOOGLE Results For "EVGA Precision Drivers" Why would you think he was asking about something that didnt exist? There are no separate drivers for precision, its an overclocking utility...
Just curious?

That is why he was confused.

This is one of the reasons we have the location under our names. If he had filled that out, more slack would have been given.

Any way, how do these work with folding? I will be getting my gpu going in a week or so and I just downloaded the most recent 177.** drivers from Nvidias site.

As for your questions...

Go to GURU3D HERE and download driversweeper.... Uninstall your video card via device manager (in control panel) and then run driver sweeper to remove all nvidia graphics drivers... then restart and install new ones...
thx for driver sweeper

All drivers past 177.85 have PhysX bundled in with the driver. It might be sooner, but that was when I found out it was pre-bundled. Its rather obvious because the original drivers used to be 50MB, now its 70-100MB
than how to get status: overclocker?

Actually this is a valid question and I would like to know the answer as well. I always remove the video driver and use DC cleaner, but now the physx thing has thrown me for a loop. I have never uninstalled it when changing drivers and I have changed drivers a lot. I have yet to see any problems, but I don't know if there is something lingering that I may not notice.

hey, 10acjed i would suggest running a 9 multi and lower you bus. Have you ever tested it? You will get better performance out of your games
