So my graphics card is just freaking out on the desktop. The driver keeps crashing, even after I uninstalled, ran drivercleaner.net in safe mode, and reinstalled the latest drivers. The graphics are all glitchy and there is serious artifacting on the desktop. It does not do this in safe mode.
I ran Prime95 in safe mode and memtest to rule out cpu/ram. Could this be a problem with my PSU or is it the graphics card? I doubt its the drivers or the OS cause its a clean install and I ran SFC and it found no errors. Additionally I have tried reinstalling the drivers multiple times.
