I live in Sunny Hot Baking Cooking California, and I have a heat problem this summer. I'm currently in Norfolk with my rig but it's hot here also.

The computer is my sig rig. I have an 8800 running my main monitor, and the 8600 running my two outside monitors. I only game on the middle monitor, and the two outside ones are only used for web browsing and other non intensive apps.

I have rivatuner but havent really had much luck with turning down the clock on my second card. Even when I turn down the speed, the core temp on that gpu never changes.

How can I go about underclocking my second video card so that it is only running at a very minimal level?

You can use EVGA Precision graphics tuner to under clock the GPU.
