Incorrectly reports my overclock, notice the difference between what the Nvidia Control Panel says and Precision says.

Also it won't set the shader properly. It will only allow strange intervals. I set those clocks using GPUTool but if I try to set the shader to 1964 in Precision it will either go back to 1944 or jump up to 2000.

Offtopic: I reseated my Twin Turbo, making sure I got the voltage sinks on correctly and my max OC went from 770/1944/2200 (stock ) to 815/1964/2380

Can you check your overclock in GPU-Z? Does it match?

It only goes up in intervals because video card clocks have straps -- only goes up in specific intervals.

The shader clock goes in straps. It will round up/down to its nearest strap.
I also wouldnt say it incorrect reads your clock speeds, it may even be more precise. 3MHz reporting difference isnt anything to get angry about..

This. There are certain straps that the GPU can clock to, even though you can set it to whatever you want in precision. For example, if you set your OC to 1024 in precision, in reality your actual clock will be 1035 or something like that. Precision does not suck, you just have to educate yourself on how it works.

yes, this is different from the old DX9 cards, you have to deal with straps now and you will not always get your desired OC.

It's not the program's fault dude... that's just the way the GPU works - in "straps" or intervals of MHz. It varies with every model of GPU.

Is your slider for EVGA Precision set to those clocks?
Other program might be reading it at the set clock, but those clocks are not achievable due to straps.

I do not know the straps for that card from memory so I cannot tell you them.
