In regards to vista use disable UAC turn off all those unnecessary background apps you know! i find that a program called "game booster" gives me 300points in 06!!

Eh i dunno why or even if that score is too low for that cpu look ok to me

vista took away about 1000 off my score. so i would say you would do 12k on xp and with a nice oc maybe 14k a cpu upgrade will help. and that board would be a sweet overclocker.
