I ran my processor at 2.2 GHZ and set my clocks to your setting and got a 11347. I ran it at 3.6 and get a 15739. I did run it at 2.2 eventhough in orb it says 3.6 so I put cpuid in the picture too. I'm kinda at a loss as to why your running so slow... May be a deffective card. Have you updated your motherboard drivers since its a fresh install? Maybe someone more experienced can help ya. Sorry

Still having this issue. Im geting really low fps in CS:S as well.

how about running cpuid and posting screens of the various tabs. maybe see something in there.

Dang... Everything looks good there.. Possibly bad card or weak power?? You've got me stumped, but I do agree it should run quite a bit faster. Sorry I couldn't help that was that last thing I could think of.

No worries, thanks for the help though. I think its safe to move this into general Nvidia section, I dont think the drivers are the main issue anymore.
