Default What's a safe volt for the GTX 260?

Yea, I'm preparing to volt mod my GTX 260. I was wondering if you guys can give me a safe, but reasonable volt, meaning that it has to be stable, but not with the addition of extremely high temperatures.

I was able to hit 733/1539/1250 with no volt modding, which is actually incredibly good. However, I want to boost up all my clocks a bit more, so apparently, volt modding was the only thing I could do.

Temperatures with the current clocks are:
39*C idle
61*C load
50*C folding

My temperatures are low because my computer is in a basement that's always cool year-round, and I keep my GTX 260 fan on at 100% at all times. I don't mind the noise because I already have 8 high speed fans on my radiator anyway, so I've gotten used to it.

Volts are 1.0625V. I don't know a safe level of voltage yet because this is my first time volt modding a GPU. That's where you guys come in.

I will also include a screenshot of all my clocks/voltage/temperatures.

Thanks in advance.

Yea, thanks. I will be using GPUTool to do my voltage modding. I just needed a guide for the safest volts, and I think you provided me with a good one. Thanks!

EDIT: Actually GPUTool seems to be as easy as a little slide of the bar, without all the hexadecimals and thinking required .

not absolutely sure but from what i can read 1.37v seem to be the max safest. but like with cpu overclocking 1.40-1.55v+ are not uncommon. 1.6v can properly be done, 1.7v would be stupid

so it's a lot like overvolting a cpu/nb although i believe a gpu can take just a little more beating

Well, what I plan on doing is keeping my clocks right now, but pushing the volts until my GPU is unstable on Furmark.

Then...I start overclocking my GPU.

They are stable. But I want higher clocks.

oh yeah got it now lol for a minut i thought you just were gonna
up the volt without a plan

edit: most be slow today just read the last line on post #5

edit2: your card should be able to handle 70-80c+ temps..90c will properly shorten
it's life.100-130c in extreme situations. but then again you won't be running furmark for years.

Alright, thanks again for the help. I keep my fan on 100%, so 70-80C probably won't be happening unless I seriously up the volt.
