Default GeForce driver 186.18 vs 190.38 vs 190.62 fps comparison with Crysis @ 1680x1050

I have run some fps comparison test with GeForce driver 186.18, 190.38 and 190.62.

I run it with Crysis Benchmark Tool, 10 loops of Assault harbor @ 1680x1050 64-bit DX10 Low, Medium, High, Very High and both AA 0x and AA 4x @ various CPU and memory speed.

Here´s the gear I used.

Rampage Extreme Bios 1104
Q9650 E0
4x1 Dominator 1800C7
EVGA GTX 285 FTW
Samsung SyncMaster 2243BW
Western Digital VelociRaptor 150Gb
Windows 7 RC 64-bit

I choose to run it with the following configuration.

Bus 333, CPU speed 3,00GHz, memory 1333 999 24 1N
Bus 400, CPU speed 3,60GHz, memory 1600 777 21 1N
Bus 450, CPU speed 4,05GHz, memory 1800 777 21 1N

Well, the diagram speak for themselves.

We start with AA 0x

Here´s a summary of AA 0x

Then we have AA 4x

Here´s a summary of AA 4x

Then we have a summary of both AA 0x and 4x

I'm also trying the 190.57, the newest beta and they seem pretty fast so far. Running Crysis pretty good. While we are talking about Crysis. I just have a question guys, Is it normal for Crysis to get glitchy and I mean graphics issues with textures flickering? some weird artifacts in walls for example at a certain distance once you get to the Awakening level?

The game runs pretty good till you get there, then you start seeing artifacts and flickering objecs and I tried at least 6 different drivers and no luck. I have reinstalled the game and all the patches as well. I know lots of people out there get this issue but I have not heard any feed back from anyone here.

Also my card fails to pass OCCT at the default shader clock. I have to lower it to 1512 which I find kind of low for shader, considering that this card is supposed to run 1584 shaders out of the box. I have RMA'd with BFG twice already but damn I want games to be running perfect. I just don't know if it's a video card issue or a driver issue or simply a game issue, so far I have only noticed this in Crysis. BTW the card underclocked to 500 core, 1135 shader, 935 memory still gets me the glitches and artifacts. Oh yeah the card is pretty cool too, so is not over heating.

If anyone needs a save to the same spot wher I noticed glitches I can post it. If you know what I'm talking about then you probably have seen this many times, if you don't know what I'm taling about and you played through this game then most likely is not the game.

This is really bothering me and I don't know why my card is not OCCT stable with the factory clocks too which makes me think there might be something wrong with it. I had to add 3 fans around the video card as well to get it to overclock something too because out of the box it would not overclock anything but it seemed stable with the factory clocks.

That is great REP + .

No video card can handle Crysis , 30fps on high q ,, is no good.

How about the fastest card in the world.
link below. Fastest card in the world beats anything. I guess this will handle Crysis maybe go to 60fps and the GT300 will help it go to 90fps and never drop,, with AA enabled and all that jazz,, gl

There was someone on the EVGA forums swearing that 190.38 beta drivers were the best. Not the final release 190.38 wern't as good as the beta.

Don't know first hand but it might be worth looking into.
