I can't play Batman because I have no Physx option under the 3D settings tree in Nvidia control panel where it should be. I uninstalled drivers and reinstalled them twice, cleaning with driver sweeper, rebooting each step of the way. What gives?

yea i tried that. The only thing I read that I haven't tried yet is to install the nvidia drivers with only one graphics card plugged in. This didn't seem to make much sense to me, so i haven't tried doing it. Again, Nvidia recognizes the option to turn SLI on and off in control panel, just NO physx option, and when i start Batman it says I can't play because NO physx. Should i try installing older drivers?

Yeah...it's there. Just uninstall your display adapter in safe mode and use driver sweeper to make sure it's all gone. Reboot and let windows install a driver and then upgrade to whatever driver you need. Make sure to uninstall physx too.
