What is the best app to test the stability of my overclocked GPU in Win7 Ultimate x64?

System: OC'ed Gamer--E8400 & EVGA 8800GT 512MB SSC flashed

I use Furmark and let it run for about 30minutes while watching it to find artifacts.

i use crysis, it finds any unstable OC in about 10-15 minutes.

Furmark is the best or ATi Tool. I use benchmarks also to test to see stability.

Furmark but it doesnt say if its unstable, OCCT stresses it about the same but tells you if you get any errors OR atitool simplest stress tester but doesnt stress as much as furmark or OCCT
I stress test with atitool ... if I get any artifacting I know its unstable

I don't think ATITool is compatible with Win7 Ultimate 64bit or Vista Ultimate 64bit.
