My RivaTuner is telling me that that i had 45 on gpu0 and 42 on gpu1, whilst ambients in rivatuner are 47, and 44 respectably. How is it possible to have less than ambient lol? Everest shows 50 gpu0, 53 gpu1.
I know its not normal to trust Everest over Rivatuner but the ambients have me considering it and also having to force drivers in Rivatuner. Im using 190.62 drivers. Is their someway to fix Rivatuner or should i just wait for a new version of it whilst sticking to Everest?

there are 3 sensors in Rivatuner for the GPU temp...one is high, the other 2 are lower...maybe you don't have the correct sensor set
change it under Setup for the temp

hmm...mine is on default, which shows me the real temps...the ADT7473.dll and ADT7474.dll sensors show 8°C lower (which is the offset in the VGA BIOS..hmmm
)not sure what's wrong on your end

well got some good news. I tried out evga precision and it didn't even show temperatures lol until i rebooted then it showed the same temperatures as everest. So i went on and found out theirs a RivaTuner 2.24c instead of b now? Uninstalled my old riva tuner got the new one and now everything works fine and it i don't even have to force driver version which is a big plus.
So hopefully for anybody who is still doing that they see this thread and know their is a newish version that innately supports newer Nvidia drivers in Rivatuner
