Hi,
__________________Last night I tried to update VGA driver from 186.18 to 190.62 (SLi was working before update) but then I realized my PC doesn't recognize SLi setup. I uninstalled 190.62 driver, reboot, then clean up registry using driver sweeper in safe mode, reboot then install 186.18 again. Guess what? SLi option from Nvidia control panel is just gone... ![]() I searched this forum, did some googling. No luck. tried: 1. Clean uninstall driver, then shutdown 2. Plug in first vga card 3. Install driver, then reboot 4. Shutdown, plug in second vga card 5. Turn on PC, let windows install driver for second vga card. 6. Shut down, setup SLi bridge 7. Turn on computer didn't freakin work. ![]() Both VGAs are GIGABYTE GV-N285UD-1GH and I'm using 2-way SLi bridge comes with mobo. Looks like windows only recogize second VGA as 3D accelerator (PhysX). But the SLi option should appear in NVIDIA Control panel whether second card is installed or not, rite? What should I do? I tried 3-way sli bridge as well, but didn't work.

Try uninstalling the drivers again. Run driver cleaner once more. The turn off PC and switch the cards around. Putting the top card in the second slot and vice versa. Then install 186 drivers again. Loads of peeps have been having issues with 190.xx drivers. Just check out some of the other threads.
Let us know how it goes.

I had this same problem when I upgraded to windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. This is how I fixed it. I disabled my 2nd gtx 260 then restarted. Once you boot into windows enable it and the sli option should appear. The one problem with this method is that you can enable it but it might force it disabled. It took me two tries to enable it. But it works
