use rivatuner to set the clock speed to what you think is stable, then test with furmark.

OK i suggest you use Riviatuner or Asus smartdocter, if it was an asus card, to overclock it on the OS, once you have clean safe to use overclocked numbers. then set it into the VGA BIOS then you can leave it the way it is... and yea that GPU can get great clocks

Evga Precision is very easy to use, and Rivatuner has more features.

Definitely. I've got mine at 750mhz clock and 1050mhz memory using RivaTuner/Evga Precision. No issues.
