I don't see why you would want to overclock an 8400GS, but here it goes:
Overclocking: http://www.evga.com/PRecision/ Stress-Testing: http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/ Even though EVGA makes Precision, you can use it with any brand of card.

Actually you can get EVGA Precision from majorgeeks.com. No registration needed there.
