I really am thinking that it could be 64 bit thats causing problems.

Would you listen to the people above you, please? Someone mentioned the Power supply (PSU). Now, I assume you're not familiar with the OCN's thinking on power supplies. It's not the watts that matters, it's the amperages. Just because it's "750 watts" doesn't mean it's better than Corsair's "400 watts" power supply. I've seen chieftec's used in eMachines, I believe. Really low-quality stuff.

I highly doubt it's the power supply, the 295 and x4 require a lot but not THAT much.. Try running memtest to ensure it's not your memory http://www.memtest86.com/

If the Nvidia Driver Stopped responding, there's no RAM issues.

Also, 750w aren't that much, and if the efficiency, the quality and the amperage aren't decent, you'll not be able to even run a 5870 w/ a Quad Core.

I said. Try using the GPU on another PC.

Go to Nvidia control center...and disable dual GPU....It will work...I have the same problem..dunno why... Any solution?
