Default overclocking on 64 bit

I have attempted to use many programs to overclock my gpu but none of them seem to have that ability. ATITool says that "The Kernel Mode Driver does not seem to be running" I read a forum saying I need a ms signature to overclock my gpu and thats like $400 a year. Can someone plz help.

I recommend using eVGA's precision Utility. It works with non eVGA cards.

I have attached the latest version of Precision.

BTW.... it's not that you need a signature.

It is that ATITool needs a signature and it would cost the developers $400 a year to maintain it.
