Default SLI Question

1. If i replace the motherboard in my sig with a 680i mobo, will i be able to go SLI?
(i.e. is my processor supported.)
2. Do you need a pci-e slot for physx or any pci slot would do?

edit:

1. i think yes, (not really sure) cpu is 45nm but the FSB is supported
2. dont really understand what ur asking
but physx is an option in ur card, u can have it without SLI
unless u want a dedicated card

yes the 750i will be great and supports 45nm quads if you ever go that route later on. you could even check out the 780i. the prices have gone down a bunch.
