Just a suggestion: Maybe we should specify the cooling used other than just air or water, like using waterblock model or air cooler model names since there are more variations coming out. Quite a few waterblocks I've seen and the HR-03 for air cooling department, followed by the upcoming VF-1000.

And secondly, it seems a bit unfair to rank according to core clocks only. We should calculate the percentage of overclock from core and memory and take the average of those 2 percentages. But since some of us may have different stock speeds we can refer to the reference clocks, 500/1600 for GTS and 575/1800 for GTX, rounded to the hundredth place. Take my overclock for example:

Reference: 575/1800
Overclocked: 660/2590

Core: (660-575)/575 = 85/575 ≈ .14782608.... ≈ 14.78%
Memory: (2590-1800)/1800 = 790/1800 ≈ .43888888.... ≈ 43.89%

Average: (14.78+43.89)/2 = 58.67/2 = 29.335 ≈ 29.34%

And that this should be done by those who submit their overclocks, otherwise leave their rank blank, it only takes a minute anyway.

that sounds like a nice idea... I'd love to know a bit more about everyone's cooling setups

now about the core/mem ranking... I thing it should be based on performance... I know this is not supposed to be a 3dmark thread cause it would get the CPUs involved, but perhaps if we used only the scores in 3D relating to the video-card? I know they are still affected by the CPU a bit (if not a lot?) but you get my drift... you guys figure it out if it is possible to somehow rank OCs not only by their numbers but by their effect on the cards performance

Can't based it off of performance since a very same card can vary as much as 5k points depending on setup, but taking the average percentage of overclocks works, after all this is indeed based on how much we've overclocked.
