US and those of you who figured this out, is this possible and does it seem right?
All that needs to happen is for you to post a screen shot just like this:

Here you can see what it's set at with ATI Tool and what Rivatuner is displaying on the core. As you adjust your clock with ATI Tool and you hit the point where your clock goes up it will be displayed on Rivatuner.

All that needs to happen is run them both at the same time for your submittal imo.

Ok, so if I understand correctly... something like this screen shot would essentially bring more accuracy to the clocking of our OC's, and being that both programs are available to everyone, then if US agrees, nobody else disagrees, and OCN's mods give us the nod... why not?

Perhaps all the only other point to agree on would be if it were to happen, a "certified" clock would be placed higher than an equal "ATI-only" clock until that owner re-posts

If all goes well we might want to attach these suckers though...together they make a big pic... hehehe...

If you think yours are different, take a look at these. This will get interesting.

Are you guys not paying attention to anything I have been posting??? LOL j.k j.k. Go back a few posts and look what I posted please. I describe how the G80 cores don't just clock at anything.

They have specific ranges where if you set your clock speed within this range you will only get one specific speed.

Rivatuner is the only thing that displays your real clock.
Here's my post.
