The 1350 you're talking about is either the (stock) shader speed, or memory speed before doubling the frequency (it's GDDR, as in Graphics Double Data Rate) memory. I'll try and explain a little better...

Bone stock 8800GTX's (like mine) have 900MHz (1,800MHz GDDR3) memory clocks. A 1,000MHz memory frequency in Rivatuner would equate to the 2,000MHz effective memory clock you are seeking. That seems to be around the general max stable overclock on many stock (not factory overclocked) 8800GTX's.

Hope that helps.

I have a 9800 gt with good overclock but i still run test´s with my old one ,the gigabyte 8800gts 320mb gddr3 320bit oc core:706\shader:3672\memory:1952 runs crysis with a config 1.3 ultra high over 20\40 fps. I must say that i'm impressed with this card.
I did some modifications on this card, change the stock cooler, put some mx-2 and a new cooler the arctic cooling accelero extreme gives great temps minimum:42ºc load max:65ºc
