Just got off the phone with Biostar.
 Called the guys up, figured I'd have to throw a hissy fit to get what I "wanted." I told them I ordered a lot of stuff from them (6 mobos and 2 GPU's to date so far  ) and I just got my friend to order a Biostar 7600GS. Didn't come with V-Ranger.Called them up, asked for some numbers and such to verify he had the card, and the guy said they currently were out of stock in CDs to ship out, but he said once he got home he would burn me a copy of it and ship it out to me on his own computer. He also gave me a number to call if I ever wanted an official CD, but he said I'd have to get it "verified" again and pay $2.99 shipping. When (well, if, but I trust him  ) it ever gets sent out, up on OCN it goes.

I have been dealing with Biostar on some mobo issues must say their support is very good.
