When ever ive got RivaTurner on, (to display my temp and FPS), I some times get weird little dots that flicker around; had them in HalfLife2 every time id load my game they’d show up for a second then go away. Here’s an example not after a load in Halo, elevator.
![]() And is only does it with RivaTuner on if I turn it off it doesn’t happen. Anyone know why this is happening or how to stop it?

Hrm...
Maybe you're overclocked too far or there's some type of discrepancy between RivaTuner & Halo & Half Life but I've never had that problem before so that's why I'm thinking you've got it overclocked too far.

Ohhh, sorry I didn't know it was a laptop.
Your Specs seem like it was a PC witht hat 7900GTX (didn't notice Go) So, ya I suggest using a different program, like SpeedFan, they detect videocard temps.
